One of the Peters that appeared on campus after "The Peters Incident". He is the second oldest, though he's closer in age to Professor Parker than he is to Burrito.

Blondie is not technically part of Corona University's staff. However, he does act as a counselor for the students, helping them talk through whatever is upsetting or bothering them. He especially worries over Little Pete as he feels responsible for the smaller former-human. The fact that Little Pete is a younger version of himself is very distressing, and he often mutters about 'Aunt May's karmic revenge'.

When he's not being a voice of reason for the children, Blondie reverts to his normal state of anxiety-ridden-hypocrite-noodle. He's usually found hiding out in the library, taking shelter with the calmer dragons on campus like Strider and Foggy.
