Mild mannered Lunae seems to always find himself following someone into trouble. Having been in shackles for most of his life, he doesn't know how to take initiative and stand up for himself. This often leads to him saying yes to mischief he didn't initially sign up for. Despite his unintentional disposition for trouble, he's quite passive about most things unless it involves showing off his prowess as a fighter. Priding himself on his speed, he is always quick to show it off while pointedly ignoring how weak he really is. While being an avid liar about his true strength, Lunae is quite the gentle soul with a soft spot towards hatchlings. He's always eager to babysit a nest and cuddle with some tiny hatchlings!

Lunae doesn't remember much of his youth, at a young age he was captured by an Ice Tyrant and forced to work on building his fortress. All he can really remember is the abuse he faced while working under the tyrant. He longed for freedom from the lands of snow and ice, only distantly remembering grassy plains and snowless trees. For years he served the Ice Tyrant, never truly knowing his name as it was 'beneath someone of his status'. Eventually, however, he was freed by a young Amavi and was quick to join her newly made clan. After the death of her mate Nero, Lunae took up being a father figure role to Amavi's daughters.
