Jacinth is not exactly shy, just peaceful. An introvert, comfortable with her own thoughts, not needing to hear the sound of her own voice. She's happy with her quiet animal friends. But... what if there IS someone out there for her? A Singles Cruise seems like it might be a good idea, something that could give her some opportunities for interaction she wouldn't otherwise seek out. As for an island adventure, well, a little leisurely exploration didn't sound bad at all. The Weyr had been under quarantine for too long, only recently released from their self-imposed Keep Away spell - she was ready for a change of scene! She was getting ever more excited at the prospect as the day grew closer for her scheduled departure.

Alas, her hopes were dashed. One of the bunnies chewed a little too much off her postcard ticket, and by the time she showed up the ship was long gone! That part of the date turned out to have been a zero, not a one! So disappointing, after all the anticipation ... The promotional materials had really built it up in her mind, and so she was left to mope, imagining what she was missing.



The reality, it turned out, was quite different.... In the end she was counting her blessings, at having narrowly escaped disaster! And a certain little bunny got a lot of extra cuddles!



Month's later she was included in a court settlement over the whole sordid affair, and now wears a Silver Flower Crown as a necklace to remind herself there's no place like home!
