Pan is the head cook behind all the tasty treats found at the Jolly Shalebuck Inn. She prefers to stay hidden in the kitchen, away from the constant stream of visitors and guests. Pan doesn't talk about much, but especially not her life before coming to the Inn, or what caused the injury to her throat. She didn't so much apply to work for Colin, but instead showed up one day with a delivery of flour and never quite got around to leaving.

Pan is always on the lookout for a new dish or recipe to try! She often leaves Rahli scratched notes of esoteric cookbooks to try and find and order. When not in the kitchen, Pan likes to stay to the cool basement pantry where she organizes and inventories the Inn's stock. Sometimes Mellow can convince her to spend time in the garden with him when harvest season rolls around.
