This dragon is one of the oldest living amongst the elders. His ancestors before him met on the island before its population boomed. Nulla neque nibh, posuere et imperdiet sed, fermentum ac quam. He finds Wohengrin hilarious but more often than not disagrees with his conduct. Not too much is known amongst the circle of chiefs and elders, as as he ages he speaks less and less. He has always had feathers, but the tradition goes deeper in his family. New generations of dragons wear them to honour him, in a way, imitation is the highest form of flattery, after all.
