一個群山環繞的谷地，從這裡看向天空不分晝夜都會是藍綠色，就像永遠逃不出去的惡夢般。
惡夢谷中有森林、湖泊和草原，還有許多怪異形狀的岩石突出地表，遠方的山嶺可以發現幾座瀑布。

凡是進入惡夢谷的生物將永遠無法逃出，但有傳言說這裡竟然適合居住？

目前只能經由彩虹橋進入此地區
