Biography
Sedore
Deckhand
Deckhand
Normally, I don't have a care for this type of place. The rest of them do but some of us, namely me, don't like the environment. Loud, smelly, full of rude dragons. Not you, of course, it's just generally speaking, this really isn't the place I'd rather be spending time but even I need a drink sometimes and I know that my mates talk about this place a lot.

Since she was a hatchling, Sedore had practiced stealth and precision, honing her skills until not even Ghira could catch her stealing a pie off the cooling sill. But she had much higher ambitions than a few pilfered pastries. Sedore longed for a life of adventure far beyond her parents' mundane contentment: she wanted to be a spy. For what purpose doesn't really matter to her; it was the adrenaline she sought, the chance to use her talents in life-or-death situations. Or so she thought. She'd never exactly had the chance to try it, after all. Her chance came when word of a ship of pirates had docked at the auction house and was looking for new sailors. Pirates, after all, stole, right? They hired her in the blink of an eye and suddenly, Sedore had started a new life but her skilled thefts in the past didn't prepare her stealing from clans, nor did her past life prepare her for the actual lifestyle. From the very start it was difficult and the fae had a tough time just staying on the ship during high winds. Within the first voyage, her initial eagerness morphed into dread each time she had to go above deck and learn both the jargon and actual tasks. Her solace and saviors were some of the friendlier crew and while Sedore struggled, they helped cover for her on deck when they could. The other faes on the ship helped her learn how to fly during storms and over a lengthy period of time, she started to understand everything about being a pirate. When her body was no longer sore from working, she had started to stay up and hone her skills in stealth in multiple ways. She had started to utilize her innate magic skills and practiced the art of "stealth magic". Simple teleportation spells that were undetected by other magic-users. She was also able to bring knife throwing to the battlefield when she expelled her frustrations during the evenings on deck that way. While not particularly skilled with longer blades, she proved deadly and lightning fast with shorter ones. The fae had slowly become a master of physical as well as magic-inclined stealth and the crew highly respected her for it. The fae had proven not to be a killer during pillages when she chose not to end a dragon's life after they nearly killed Angel, one of the crew but instead only crippled him. Angel, in his fury killed the dragon before nearly going after Sedore for not killing the other dragon. When the fae made an enemy of the wildclaw was when she and Latorius grew close. What kept him from attempting to kill her and getting himself killed on the ship was when Latorius promised nothing would become of them so long as Angel left her alone. Significant Objects |
