Biography
Earth rep
Microlore: When she was younger, she set off across the Shattered Plain to test her mettle and reserve. For a long time, she was an adventurer, turning coin by escorting caravans and guarding miners. For a long time, she was unhappy.
Though she made enough money to survive, her heart wanted more, and so she returned to town to see what more could be made of her. She apprenticed herself to an older weaver, learning the intricate knotwork and patterns involved in making everything from carpets to broadcloth to brocade. While she attended her lessons, she also worked overnight shifts with the guard, and she wore herself nearly to the bone to perfect her craft under her tutor's scrutiny.
When her teacher told her she had learned all she could, she set off again, this time with a different set of skills. While she still used her strength and cunning on the road, she has much preferred the simpler pleasures of an open window and a spinning wheel, a shuttle and a loom, and a steaming mug of tea on an autumn morning. Coleus blooms in her window box, and she has started to make friends that she can trust for more than a few days, and her heart, at last, is happy.
