Biography


Merengue is the owner and the head chef of the Aponi Tavern.
she absolutely adores her job, wanting nothing more but to make delicious pies and cakes, breakfasts and steaks for her patrons.
Dragons come from all over the Windswept Plateau to Aponi tavern, and visit for long or short periods of time. It is such a lovely location after all, suspended in the air on a floating platform, looking over the lovely vast bamboo forests and endless cloud filled skies. Some dragons even come to honeymoon, considering it is arguably one of the finer and quieter establishments around.

Merengue is the sweet and talkative type, loving to chat with customers. Getting to know them better helps her job greatly, and she remembers everyone who visit's names. She's quite good at it, making it a game among her staff (that she always wins, of course).
She loves wearing bright recognizable clothing, and her pink feathers are always preened very carefuly (to preserve shine, of course).
Miss Merengue is almost never out of words, always finding a response, a quip, or a gentle retort to every word.
She is by no means the type to get mad. If she has a problem, shes more likely to lightly snap her fingers and quietly say "drat", or something of the like before dealing with it as kindly as possible. Perhaps its the nature dragon in her, but shes never once argued or started a fight.
