Hoa

Hoa, the curious little Water hatchling, was mesmerized by the Enchanted Pool when he snuck out of his nest and was carried there by the current. The smol inhabitants of the Pool were equally curious to their modern cousin and beckoned Hoa into their protected pool. First, they sniffed the modern baby, then ultimately decided it should stay with them. Hoa was put under the instruction of Hai to learn ancient water magic.

Strangely, the Enchanted Pool itself or the mysterious powers of the pool's inhabitants seemed to affect Hoa, because even as he aged in years, he never grew to an adult size and remained in hatchling form like the rest of them. His tiny body started to morph: his eyes became larger, his body longer and more serpentine till he resembled something akin to a Spiral.

At first, Hoa's birth family were distressed to see him inside the Pool, but after they realized the Pool's inhabitants were truly caring for him coupled with the fact that they could not enter the Pool, they left the matter alone. No one else had ever been let inside the Pool before. Hoa's family would visit daily and sadly wave from outside the Pool. It was bittersweet for Hoa, as the primal beings wouldn't let him leave the Pool, but overall he loved both his birth and ancient primal families and was happy in his new home.

He enjoys doodling a lot and even doodled for other dragons when battling Ice in 2020.
