caramel she/her

an assertive and impulsive dragon. she leads a small yet powerful gang that tends to take from some and give to others, transport goods without proper supervision, and take out threats to their home with a bang that shakes the city. in a way, they run the underbelly.

- Dollface is essentially Caramel's right-hand man, helping her make decions and keeping her in check. A long while ago, it managed to get her out of a depressive spiral, and changed the trajectory of her life drastically.

- While frightening to most, in Caramel's eyes, Marion is sweet as an angel. She prefers to keep him away from fights unless he requests otherwise, instead letting him work in the background with Tokyo.

- Tokyo insists xe doesn't really care about the rest of xer group. Caramel knows better. On stormy nights when they're all inside, when Tokyo shares gossip and helps make tea- when xe holds Mercury's hand and whispers and flicks xer fins in what Caramel has come to recognize as a smile, it's obvious.

- Others tend to assume Caramel only keeps Mercury around for its proficiency in battle, but thats not even close. It's her friend- even if neither of them would say that to the others face. They have a friendly rivalry, and she knows her family wouldn't be complete without it.

unpolished nightmare lore <3 used to live in haven in the early days[arcane]. had her only child taken away because she was deemed too outwardly aggresive and short-tempered to take care of him. dollface was taken in by the haven a while later, but instead of really interacting with any of the proper residents it gravitated towards caramel, who was lingering on the outskirts at the time. nobody was sure why doll was so intent on getting through to her, but she eventually did. decided to leave haven all together when they rescued marion. heard rumors of haven up and moving to the expanse, and decided to follow for the sake of curiosity. hasnt gotten any closer than the moonlite diner. she's also tempted to try and take revenge, but... she's opting to keep her distance.
