Biography
Familiar Lore
A lone Longneck braving the world and aspiring to greatness, Tenvi believed if he could somehow tame a dragon, he would be set for life. One of the most powerful creatures on Sornieth, loyal to him, under his command - that was the goal. He thinks he'll get there eventually. His method: a peaceful, non-threatening approach, treating the beast like a ravenous tyrannosaur that may decide at any moment that he is more tasty than amusing or useful. He follows Corcra around, seeking opportune moments to gain his trust.
Corcra is warming up to him, though confused as to why this peculiar beast-clan who just showed up one day is trying so hard to impress him. With Corcra being on the clan's defense team, the Cloudguard, Tenvi often tries to assist in battle or train alongside the dragons. Other dragons in the clan have beast-clan companions, some even trained for battle, so the sight of one is not unusual. Though the apparent lack of coordination between Corcra and Tenvi has drawn some questions. Corcra simply shrugs.
Several seasons pass, and the two form a solid bond, both in battle and in downtime. Corcra now wears the Gilded Rose Thorn Collar that Tenvi presented to him as an offering when they first met, at which time he had indifferently tossed it somewhere in his den. Tenvi's broad range of skills come in handy when they are out in the world, and Corcra has come to rely on him for the unique knowledge of a Longneck, like which wild plants nearby can be made into poultices for impromptu wound care, and how to navigate the mountains of the Southern Icefield while avoiding deadly storms. Tenvi has put his plans for legendary greatness on the back burner for now.
