despite her earthern origins, Sappho truly embodies the disposition of native nature-flight wildclaws. she had set out to live in a wildclaw-plentiful nature clan originally, and ended up being one of the first wildclaws to join the small Gladewing clan instead. she has taken on the role of earth ambassador to continue representing her home flight although she resides in the jungle.

she is particularly fond of sparring, especially with other wildclaws, and has pressured Silverfish into doing so on multiple occasions, resulting in lectures from Glory, who insists that although Silverfish is a wildclaw as well, that doesn't mean he's meant for that sort of thing (he always gets his tail handed to him by Sappho since he is a weakling)

sappho is also sort of racist towards other breeds and has received multiple warnings about displaying her prejudices towards others
