Maxwell spends most of his life outside of the clan's main lair in Lifesap Forest. Instead, he lives in the deserted landscape of the abiding boneyard. He alone is in charge of manning the western outpost. The other soldiers often recruit him as a guide when working in the area. This annoys him however, he would rather be left in peace. Therefore, he spends his time constructing cairns to act waypoints and to make navigation easier for those new to the area. He hopes it'll be enough to be able to leave his guiding days behind. So far no luck however. FadeClan's outer territories are vast and the abiding boneyard is far too homogenous in nature for a couple rock piles to be of much assistance.

Outside of clan duty, he has what to most others appears a rather strange hobby. He spends his time digging a network of tunnel systems and ditches. Should FadeClan ever face a threat from the West, they would no doubt be invaluable strategically. However, due to the vastness of the abiding boneyard, this is unlikely.
