Owing to his exceptional eyes, his birth was thought to herald a message from the Icewarden. While the clan's oracular needs are now satisfied by Valerian, he has thorough practice in the art of haruspicy.

Unlike most Tundras, Arcturus is unscrupulously¹ drawn to combat. His presence was at times exceptionally sparse in the clan lair, away on perpetual campaigns. This habit would find its end with his companion, Chalciope, whom he now dotes upon endlessly.

He has very particular ideas that loosely constitute an "honour code." Very difficult to parse.
