Notes:
-Developed his eyes after a brain infection left him with essentially no free will or concious, he is now just a husk of flesh being puppeted by a pathogen
-Sell gene and breed scrolls through proxy buyers who aren't fully aware of who or what he is
-To make the scrolls, he tans the hides of dragons who have the gene or are the breed that he's looking for. These skins are then infused with plague magic to transform the body of whoever uses them
-He consumes the flesh of the creatures he flays, best not to let it go to waste
