Knowell's Notes: The Demagogue was muzzled shortly after the wars ended- none of the Disgraces will tell me by who. He doesn't respond to me- or anyone, really- just mostly being ferried around wherever the others send him.
I've heard, allegedly, that they have removed his muzzle before- it's been implied that the things he says are... influential. That's probably why they've left him in one of the most sound proofed facilities in the world.
