Xelzran

Xelzran, Guardian of the Hel-Forge

The information known about Xelzran has been lost to time, but his sudden reappearance after the end of the Velerus War, has brought about questions as to how, where, when and why. Here in this documentation, lies everything that he has mentioned, although I cannot say, that everything he says, is truthful.

Days after his birth, Cantabile and Ace, his parents were just normally going on about, living their lives within Dyma, the capital of Laterra. Cantabile and Ace works for the circus, with Ace being the clown, wearing his paper-made helmet with goofy looks and Cantabile as the leader of the Vertial Circus.His interests soon grow apart from his own family and desired to take into the arts of smithing. Although, his parents doesn't approve of him but they let him make his own choice. He still works for the circus while in his free time, perform his blacksmithing skills on various gears and materials that was deemed as useless or leftovers of the circus. During Xelzran's years of growing up, he learned to become friends with the people that he and his family visits along with performing a few acts and is in process of becoming a master smith, until that one day, everything changed.

Xelzran was performing a special audience for the Dragon King of Laterra, Icy Xerna and his wife, Jady Xerna. This performance was held extremely high, whereas he has his own wings tied as a challenge to perform a daring tightrope walk. The rope itself was very thin and Xelzran was determined to challenge himself. Unfortunately, due to his own weight, the rope snapped and he fell... into the pit of blades. The result was chaotic, with medical wyverns scrambling to see how they could fix him up. Unfortunately, there is no cure for many wounds, many of them pierced straight through his body and wings. He was declared as incurable by his own kind and others.

Icy Xerna, came to see him on his deathbed in private. They had a conversation, although no one knows what was being said, he himself did not disclose any of it, let one alone know what was told. Minutes later, Xelzran asked the medical drakes and with Jady's permission (Jady works mainly as the social aspect of Icy, who is mainly the focus on the productivity), they took him down into the main area in the middle of the night. There, was an armed escort, the Phalanxes, the elite guard of Laterra. They took over and began a journey to who knows where. Wherever Xelzran is, they kept that place as a well-guarded secret and even the location was lost as the Velerus War has burned every record in Dyma.

After the war, Xelzran came back, on his own... No one knew where he went, nor his parents ever knew that he was still alive. He was once the shining beacon of the happiness of his friends and the people he performed for. Now, he is filled with swirling heat and lava, embedded deep within his own body. He even exude an aura, an aura of immeasurable heat and determination. On his first day back, his skills at the anvils was astonishing. He completed tasks with such quality and speed that he was quickly repositioned to one of the most dangerous and ancient forge that currently resides in Laterra: The Hel-Forge. It became apparent that whatever happened, he is here, with a true purpose in his mind. The people of Laterra quickly adopted the fact that he is now known as the Guardian of the Hel-Forge, the place where no dragons, despite all their fiery resistances to the impossible heat of the Forge, none ever make it out alive. He comes and goes to the Hel-Forge every day, now and then.
