As the forgotten Lightning exiles wandered through the barren wastes of where the Pillar of the World once stood, another exile-- like them-- made her own way through the barrens, accompanied by her Crumbling Goblin, foraging on her own until predestined paths intertwined.

"You know of this place?" they asked. "You are familiar?"

"Of course, yes, yes I am. I know more about this place than anyone you'd ever meet."

"We are exiles," spoke their leader. "Exiled for believing the Pillar must stand once again-- blasphemy in the Stormcatcher's eyes." The blind one's corvine familiar fluttered its wings on his shoulder. "You can help us? Gather the Earthshaker's devoted once again?"

"Uhh," she started. "Hm. Um, well-- do you have food?"

"...What?"

"Food, you got it? Cash, too, maybe? Money?"

"...Of course, yes, we have all of those things," Sandscrye pondered.

"Perfect, right, yeah yeah," chittered Shale. "Then, uh, yes, absolutely, of course. One-hundred percent I can... uh... help you regather the followers, or whatever." Her goblin snickered from her pouch. "Shh," Shale hissed.

"Good, then," said the exiles' leader. "We shall follow you, Shale, into Dragonhome."
