"It's true, Stormcatcher. If we wait much longer, the Void will take over our planet once again, and all will be lost for a third and final time. We must do as the Earthshaker originally told-- for all Flights to band together at the Pillar of the World, and force back the Void with our combined might. We must work in unison."

It was for these words that Sandscrye lost his sight. The Stormcatcher tore a massive claw at the dragon, tearing his eyes from his skull, leaving the Seer wounded and bleeding out. But something in the back of Sandscrye's mind pulled him; it kept him going.

From here, he began his mission. He travelled with some of his previous clanmates, leaving his father behind, journeying across Sornieth, his familiar acting as his eyes, until one day they would reach Dragonhome to follow the word of the Earthshaker and unite as one.
