Silver hides his golden scales,
In silvered silks,
He tells his tales,
Of the lady of gold,
And her sakura leaves,
How much he misses her lovely songs.
The one that he longs,
For the one he could not save,
With his silver wings.

----Silver used to live far away, a hidden desert, and in a small town. There were no rules, but most tried to keep the peace, everyone but them... They stole her from you.

----Silver lived there with her, they brought beauty to the little oasis. They gave their beautiful garden of pink and gold to the town, a small happiness to the people who lived in fear all their life. They sold flowers to the town, growing them on the houses, in the fountain, on anyplace that could bring joy to the townsfolk. The most beautiful place in the town was her home, if the town was a desert, her home was the oasis. She lived under the shade of a sakura tree, one that never faded from its beautiful pink, and the flowers bloomed every month and fell all year. You always wondered where she got it, even hearing in the winds you've never heard of anything like it. The tree always felt mystical like magic, like a part of her, you've always believed that it was a part of her soul. But whatever beauty you and her brought was always taken away when they came.
----Once they came, the town had changed. They took parts and pieces, of anyone they pleased, for what reason only their god knew. They came, some of the olderfolk were missing eyes, again the children's fingers, the young were missing skin, the fur was plucked from the root, and one day they say "Bring us Wings of Gold, ones covered in crystal, do not run, do not hide, or The Abyss will take what it is owed."
----They came for her, The Spiral of Chaos, The Alchemist of The Abyss. Silver went to her, she sits under her tree letting the petals fall covering her body, Silver lays beside her, "The Abyss are here, they want your wings..." He whispers into her ear. Her expression barely changes, her peaceful state stays as she responds.
----"Let them, i don't need my wings to tend to the flowers" You can't argue with her statement and you have seen what happens to those who have disobeyed The Abyss.

----You held her in your shaking hands, her peaceful aura never faded, her smile still gave you hope. She looked up at you placing one of the many flowers of the cherry blossom in your hair, "Silver, run away," as she places the flower the desert disappears, for the first time you remember how you got to this hell. The true face of this place, The Cave with a River of Blood, the machines hidden in the walls, the monsters your body was making. The memories of the life before this place, this never ending nightmare, but now an escape. You still lay her down next to her tree, its the only illusion that doesn't fade, it might be real with all these lies you wouldn't know. You lay her there and listen to those final words, You see the exit to the cave and you run.
----You can only hear the singer of the winds, the whispers that help and haunt. The only thing that kept you safe, your silver wings beating faster. You breath the air of the forest for the first time since you were trapped there. This forest you remember the tales, the start of dawn you look to the sky, the mountain the shape of claws, The Golden Spire, your only hope.
----Your wings haven't flown in years, your wings barely make it to the golden steps, but you know you are finally safe from them. You sit on the steps of the Spire, the gold reminds you of her, that peaceful smile of hers, puts you to sleep.

----The Flower, whether an illusion or her gift to you, it floats to the winds, whether she was real or fake you do not know, but it floats to the winds, that little hope, her gift to the world, floats away, The Flower of the never fading tree, fades away to the winds. You don't know the truth anymore, but her hope lives on, that flower floats away but it will never fade.
