Found wandering the Ju-Omoi, the first person to encounter the creature was the woodsman, Lonnie. He called to it, and it came without much struggle. It seemed to be some sort of domesticated bovine (also called "some weird looking cow.") It didn't seem afraid, nor did it act feral. It was clean, well-fed, and even tagged (though he couldn't read the language it was printed in). Lonnie loaded it into a trailer, and brought it back to the farm.

Maggie scanned it for ownership. No chip was found. Additional testing proved it was nothing more than a rogue bull with a few chromosomal anomalies (extra horns, full nictitating membrane, slight bio-luminosity, etc.) Still, it seemed harmless enough. The only real mystery is the tag, which still has not come back from headquarters for deciphering.

They've decided to keep it and place it under observation, as Homer does not pose any notable threat.
