Running away from home at a young age Chrysamatia found herself quickly overwhelmed by the darkness of the Tangled Wood, a stark contrast from her freezing home in Olathoë. She thought not of the life she was abandoning but only of making her escape from invading forces and trying her best to stay safe.

Chryssamatia's world started very small, decked in marble and snow and now she has a whole world ahead of her, unsure what path she should take and how, if ever, she'd meet her family again. Ogi spotted the small Imperial on one of his patrols around the Shorn Bramble and picked her up by the scruff, finishing his patrol before returning with the small dragon to his mate.

The pair weren't quite sure what to make of the small dragon; Ogi could tell something was off while Alona refused to hear any of it, taking the child into her arms to quietly talk to her. Ever tired as she is Alona retired with the hatchling, laying her down to rest while she finished a few things up, keeping an eye as she rests as no harm would come to this child like the rest.

OLATHOË Olathoë is a city in Dreamland, located in the land of Lomar on the plateau of Sarkis. Nestled between two mountains, the city was full of marble towers, citadels, and fortifications. It is very near the pole, which makes it very cold. In winter, it would be left in twilit darkness, even during the day, so that the stars were always visible. The city looks ethereal and ghostly during these months. During the summer, the city would be under constant, pale sunlight. The city is inhabited by Lomarians refugees from Zobna, which was overtaken by advancing glacier fields. The Lomarians were tall, serious, beared men with long robes. The city eventually falls to invading Inutos, the ancient ancestors to the Eskimos. A guardian from the waking world kept watch in the tower, but he was put under a spell by the Pole Star: "Slumber, watcher, till the spheres/ Six and twenty thousand years/ Have revolv'd, and I return/ To the spot where now I burn."
