warden that patrols the seas and scares everybody in the actual towers. prefers swimming with a few trusted allies, rather than ships with crews

by others, they describe her as headstrong and hard to work with

p.s that's not blood, you'd be surprised what you find swimming about in the waters (if one attempts to question her about what the substance is, or why she doesn't simply just change it out, one is met with her response; or rather lack-of one. she just huffs and ignores you.)

other armour related notes: wears special rings (other wardens would say it looks like algae is floating around her). the greens help her somewhat "blend in" if you will. or make her appear less scary to the creatures of the deep.
