Sep-Dec 2019 - Obtained was a basic tundra to get a dust/dust/pumpkin female imp.

10 Dec 2019 - Bred two dust/dust/pumpkin dragons, but they were tundras and I was looking for a female imp. Heres our fallen heroes:



11 July 2021 - Converted to noc after deciding to shorten my time hunting a dust dust pumpkin imp

16 July 2021 - It happened. Ive been blessed with not one, but two dust dust pumpkin imperials. Kept the female. Here is my beautiful princess:


Ive decided to gene her rather than the parents because geneing is a lotsa money and I didnt want to spend so much on dragons that may not sell, however if theres a lot of interest in dragons like her I could gene the parents in the future.



BREEDING TEAMS

NONEPIZZA (15/06/2019) X LEFTBEEF (29/5/2019)
15 offspring, closest one was OnionBreath (silver gray tangerine). All others were really far off. (Range)

SEVER (06/07/2019) X HORSETOES (06/07/2019)
17 offspring. Their range was far off, but they had the (very small) chance of having a piebald/paint/stain imp offspring. Ill probs keep them even after the project because their offspring is always a delight to look at. Their first kid, Toesies, was too cute to exalt. (Range)

TINGERS (15/07/2019) X LASH (25/08/2019)
11 Offspring. Scrolled Lash into a nocturne for higher imp offspring chances. Now this one was a very short range, and yet gave me a bunch of one-offs. I kept a few of their one offs in my hibernal den, in case I find a suitable one off. My lair was getting REALLY crowded with one-offs... (Range)

Thats this dragon's pair! 9 offspring. the 8th one was the dust dust pumpkin imp. Got a couple dust dust pumpkin tundras before back in 2019, then decided to turn him into a noc so that wont happen again and it was worth it lol. As said before RancidFeet was bred from Tingers and Horsetoes. Their range is really short: Range

HONOURABLE MENTIONS

This girl - 29/04/2019 silver dust pumpkin. Was one of the first, and the closest to the colours I wanted i found. I thought about giving up on the project and settling with her, but silver piebald simply doesnt work as well as dust piebald with the darker outlines instead of lighter outlines. Shes a born primal what made her so but so close to the dream, and yet so far. Back then there werent primal eye scrolls so thats something. I remember messaging the owner abt her and I recall they being nice so I kept her still.
LightTouch - 12/11/2019 dust dust sand. Bought from someone else.
This guy - 12/06/2019 dust dust obsidian. Was a nice colour combo and somewhaaat related to the breeding project. Ended up not using him much, and decided to sell him in 2021. The person who got them did an amazing job with geneing the boy.

FINAL THOUGHTS

I efficiently nested 52 dragons, had 8 dragons breeding, 3 bought dragons close to the range, kept 8 one-offs from the offsprings on my lair just in case (4 hibernal den, 4 out), kept 1 unrelated dragon from those offsprings because it was cute, which makes 63 dragons related to this project in total, 20 kept in my lair/den all time.

That makes it 62 dragons until I got a dust dust pumpkin imp, from early 2019 to middle 2021. Wow!
