Chestnut Mint

he/him

Tribe Scribe

"If you love somebody, better tell them why they're here 'cause they just may run away from you"

Personality-

• Chestnut Mint, despite his seemingly quiet posture as a scribe, is actually quite a character. With a laidback and goofy nature, he's easy to befriend and talk to. Again, not reflecting the nature of his role, he is, to put it simply, a clown. He has one (1) braincell which he uses to annoy his very flustered mate to death. But he has a good heart, and is very loyal to his friends.

Backstory-

• Born into a family of simple farmers, Chestnut Mint had to work hard from an early age, and learned to be compassionate and honest by their relationship as a community. However, despite growing up surrounded by a loving community, Chestnut Mint felt restless and bored from the field routine, and so he scurried off to see the world and discover his passion. He became an explorer for a while, falling in love with the idea of having no responsibilities, and wondering as he pleased. However, when he came upon the Aella tribe by change and was welcomed as a guest to their camp, he fell in something, or rather someone else. Fuchsia Leopard, the shy, reserved Librarian, quickly reduced Chestnut Mint, who had always been quite the charmer, to a blushing mess. Dedicated to winning the smaller dragon over, he became familiar with the community and ended up joining the tribe.

Role-

• Chestnut Mint, on his efforts to get Fuchsia Leopard to open up to him, jumped at the opportunity of a job that meant he was going to be closer to his love interest. He doesn't mind working as a scribe, but he didn't know a thing about scrolls and initially messed up, which made Fuchsia Leopard hysterical at the notion of someone ruining his precious papers, so the small faedragon took upon himself to mentor Chestnut Mint, much to the delight of the new scribe. Of course, they are very happy together now, and always get a good laugh remembering how awful Chestnut Mint used to be at his role.
