Neither altruistic nor self-serving in the classic sense, they are very keen to just keep themself out of trouble and sell candles. As a chandler, the clan's more ceremonial illumination falls to their domain. While light dragons may just glow a spot brighter, this dragon ensures the homey, warm glow of a flame sparked by flint is available any time someone may need it.
'Warm' is how they would describe themself, too. With a laugh that crackles like a log on the fire and eyes that dance with mirth like a tiny flame, others are drawn to them, and their social calendar is often booked. They enjoy quiet times as well, often enjoying a good book of poetry and a cup of jasmine tea by candlelight.
