Scandium
The Start of Good and Bad
From prosthetics to simple creatures, Scandium has always been working to create a dragon of his own, fully robotic and fully autonomous. Starting with Indiana's flying problem, he created a set of wings to help the other dragon finally take flight. This advancement did bring about a new wave of study, and Ixios came in. A skydancer, covered in bloodied wounds, was on death's door and had no time to waste.
From sparking, electric red wing joints to red covered armor, the dragon was rebuilt anew, though the dragon showed displeasure. Things... went wrong quickly. Electricity sparked something within Ixios, and he was no longer the skydancer that Scandium first new. To protect others in the valley, Ixios has been contained for everyone's safety, and the scientist has said nothing of him ever since... At least, that's what he claims. To call Scandium a fiend would be an understatement.
His current "creations" are Ixios, Raiden, and Exocin (Who is his proudest achievement, Raiden right behind as he sees him like a son)
