Anubis may look light but is very dark in spirit like the night sky. The night is his friend were he comes out and plays. He loves to do chaos magic and cause chaos at night.

What wondrous things to be held in the night. Furtiveness. You can get away with chaos without being seen. He loves to do magic. He is a sorcerer at heart and does black magic.

What chaos can I cause next... "Hmm" he says.

Anubis knows the magic he practices is widely regarded as "dark magic" and that it is in fact not the nicest magic out there, but he doesn't seem to care. It's not that he's malicious, just that he sees it as necessity. After all, without light there is no dark, without the dark of chaos magic there is no light. He doesn't usually harm anyone with his magic, either, not on purpose or unprovoked. He usually causes harmless but annoying chaos during the darkness of night.
