Chartasmic

Chartasmic is a bit of a mystery. She likes to dabble in curious things, you see, and finds the whole mess of fiddling to be fun, but the idea that she is doing unusual stuff to be more fun than the actual doing. In fact, its difficult to say if any of the mysterious things that Chartasmic is doing is actually mysterious at all, or just done to make it appear mysterious.

She enjoys making brews and potions more than anything else, but while her complex tonics and glowing solutions may look awful and intimidating, they're almost always completely mundane and normal. In particular she's fond of making a poultry soup that looks absolutely devastatingly poisonous when in reality, it's a hearty soup that's excellent for sick days.

Chartasmic is regularly spotted (if not up to nonsense) with Soundwave. While she is considerably more verbose than he is, she seems to greatly enjoy conversations with him and--unlike most of the lair--seems to understand his silence. She fills in his commentary for herself in conversations but whether he's giving her signals she understands or she's just making it all up is up to debate.
