_____ Slaughter may look intimidating, with her hand-made bone armor and her stern, fiery glare. She may tower over a lot of the other members of the clan, her low voice booming out commands to trainees who slip up with their form, and she may dole out the appropriate discipline for those who wander off on meeting days.

She most certainly lives up to her name. Not a single dragon can afford to get on her bad side. And she is not easy to please. The students of her class had better not catch themselves slacking, or they might be sent to the Wyrmwound as punishment. Only one dragon was sent away in the past, and considering he's never come back, nobody else is willing to push their luck.
