a nosy gaoler that runs a pastry shop. not very professional; prefers to flock up with the older ladies in town to talk smack about the new arrivals than tend to his customers. due his eavesdropping habits when working behind the counter, he knows a good deal of the town's secrets. most people come to him for information rather than his pastries... eh, at least it's good for business.

some suspect he works in the black market or is some sort of spy, but he has neither confirmed nor denied those claims.
