Leica

Leica always met Terra and Amb together. They stuck together like tangled fur, and even if she managed to get Terra on her own for a moment, Amb wasn't long in interfering. She butted heads with Amb for the annoyance he caused. She liked Terra's calm demeanour and wanted to get to know him better, but Amb continued to get in the way. He was a real hothead in her opinion, and they argued often, Terra playing diplomat between them.
Following Terra's advice she settled for spending time with them as a third wheel for a while, and she slowly got to know the both of them, but often felt left out and lonely despite their company.

In the end she refused to put up with the grey feeling anymore, and she stopped joining them on their escapades. She found a friend in Icee instead, another lonely Gaoler, but unlike her Icee didn't seem to mind the loneliness. Leica started to study the Gaolers around her more closely, finding that most of them relished in the lone life, she hated with a passion. She had long conversations with Icee about their way of life, and even though Icee looked like an innocent puppy, Leica discovered she held an unfathomable amount of knowledge about all kinds of lifestyles. Leica thought a lot about what she wanted for herself in this time.

Then one day Amb of all Gaolers approached her out of the blue. At first she didn't understand what he wanted, what he was saying. Icee was grinning to her, before Leica caught on. Amb wanted her to come back to him and Terra. She thought about it for a while, and realised she liked the idea of making a family with the two inseparable Gaolers, especially if they upheld their promise to include her for real.

Leica wasn't disappointed even years after Amb's begging, and whenever she needs a little break, Icee has a listening ear ready for her.
