Hydra

Bayou might be the prince, but Hydra is the queen though she is not his mother, but she arguably has more power than him and only equal power to the king. She is more ruthless and cold blooded and will not hesitate to simply flaunt her power by killing innocent dragons, though she does have guilt and regrets after seeing the dead body, but she usually moves on thinking she has to uphold her fearsome reputation, or else the dragons will find her weak and overthrow her. She is also paranoid. She has a disorder hence why she acts impulsively and regrets her actions later, someday however she hopes she can overcome her mental limitations. Until then she continues to ruthlessly run her kingdom.
