Biography
C O U N T E S S
Memory Den Owner
i kept my fallout to a minimum.
Countess, known as The Empath by most of Understory is often told she may be a victim of radiation mutations in the brain.
She rarely enters the higher society of Understory, staying very closely to the slums of Goodneighbor in a mostly abandoned street where she hosts the Memory Den. The neon-sign, dark structure glows in magenta dim-light on the inside, smelling of lavender. She commonly offers a safe place for Ghouls and ordinary folk alike to exist with each other. No matter the situation, a respect for the Memory Den hovers about Understory. No one seems to mention it outside of the abandoned street, and all know the embedded rule- "What happens in the Memory Den, stays in the Memory Den."
And far away from the law.
Countess offers hallucinogenic herbs at a small price, allowing customers to relive memories of their past. She doesn't appear to care for addiction of her customers, though, despite being a kindly dragon. Her only true rule when it comes to taking her concoctions is "as long as you don't leave until it's over.", Which has kept her safe from the law. When her customers run out of coin, she happily takes IOUs. Because of this, she has nearly the entire lows of Understory on strings. Although she holds a modest amount of power in the city, she rarely used it for anything inheritly dark-hearted. When Devourough imminently exhausted his own pouch in his addictions, she used her connections to aide his withdrawals. Otherwise, not much is known of this mysterious dragon.
Since the fall of Goodneighbor, she had been ultimately reclusive. Her quiet voice has not been heard in a long time.
