Fern

Fern left the Southern Icefield to see the world and learn about current events, culture, and everything else Gaolers hadn't known anything about while they were isolated from the world. She writes down nearly everything she learns on her travels, and has an ever-growing collection of scrolls and books written by herself, as well as ones she is given or has purchased, about all sorts of things. She's currently stuck on a ship with a gang of pirates, who were supposed to be taking her through the Sea of a Thousand Currents, and are getting quite a bit distracted along the way.
