Viscerate's ambition became apparent the moment she chased her clutch mates away from their shells with snapping teeth, securing the messy egg fluids all to herself; her ambitions would grow far beyond this.

Ravag arranged a hefty exchange for the hatchling, the fortunes of several veterans- and then, with nothing else but a name, the hatchling, in the mirror way, was left to her own devices. Viscerate was more then suited to this; she managed to eat two of the other hatchlings she was meant to grapple with for food before Ravag had her separated out, and fed. Now this, this was unacceptable. Weaklings were not to be sheltered.

Once grown, Viscerate quickly gained an understanding and hold of the politics of the mirror pack. If she was to challenge Ravag without being torn apart, she would have to play the long game.

With teeth and tongue both, Viscerate began to climb the ranks of the mirror pack; and then abruptly halted, and vanished, alone - into Serthis territory.
