Silver's tone is a bit guarded when she says, "yes, well, hatchlings seem to be drawn to me for some reason. I try to avoid them when possible..." She ponders your question for a moment, then glances around to make sure her clanmates aren't near enough to hear, and leans in a little closer, looking down at the ground. "Really, though, I think children should never be put into harm's way. They're too young - they need to have a positive figure in their lives to protect and teach them the ways of the world. This world is too dangerous to let them learn that the hard way." Her voice is low, and she appears to be a bit uncomfortable with the conversation, but adds, "I saw too many of my own children taken away from me to train to be soldiers at far too young of an age, and never saw them again. I don't wish this upon any parent, and will do my best to make sure it never happens under my watch." Then she straightens herself and gives you one final glance before walking back to her post as if the entire exchange never happened.
