Biography
JINHAI (海金): Chinese name meaning "golden sea."
Jinhai has two loves; a love for the sea, and a love for treasure. Being a pirate was his dream as a hatchling, and now, he's a part of Captain Icaro's crew. He is particularly sensitive to the feel of water magic, and he is one of the divers for the crew. He loves finding relics at the bottom of the ocean or upon the warm sandy shores, and often goes on swimming excursions for RainLily to help her document the creatures or Beastclans that live in different waters.
He also happened to stumble upon Bathtub during one of their excursions, and whether that's a blessing or a curse he still doesn't know. She's useful, though, even when she think's she's being destructive. She floods the deck with soap and cleanup is a breeze after that. Jinhai would say they probably have one of the cleanest ships out there.
Still, he does love Bathtub and takes care of her the best he can. He's admittedly a bit worried about all her new friends he's been hearing about, and how she's joined a so-called "Rex Army." Well... You know. Hatchlings will be hatchlings!
