Golae has always hidden herself from the world. Believing that the eyes on her body were disturbing and that no dragon or clan would take her in. She learned how to hide her body and had been doing so for weeks. Until she would found by Seoli. The mirror offered her a home in th Clan of Frost and Clouds. For a while she didn't do anything, still hiding in the shadows rarely interacting with the other dragons. That was until she had see neglected familiars wander the clan, without a dragon to bond with. Feeling compassion for the creatures and understanding the feeling they must be going through Golae took off her cloak and opened up to the familiars, becoming their official caretaker.
Seeing that another skydancer has been born with the same eyes as her Golae has instantly taken to the child and is currently very over protective of her. She can't wait to raise the child to help her with her job of taking care of all of the familiars.
One sunny morning while taking care of the familiars, Golae was approached by the only Spiral in the clan. He's quite noticeable, being so long and lanky however that didn't take away from how cute he was. They talked about how they felt like they didn't really fit into the clan but wouldn't be able to live without it. After a night of drunken adventures at the tavern the two had a clutch together. Thought they are unsure if they should pursue a relationship.
It's become evident while raising Dal that Byeol wants nothing to do with her. A cord was struck with her. Golae has always been avoided but never rejected by another dragon after forming a connection. She didn't want to tell Dal that it was most likely because of her deformity but it's too easy to tell. However even without the Spiral, Golae poured her heart and soul into raising Dal and not once did she want her to think that she wasn't loved or cherished.
