To the untrained eye, Edie is simply a sweet old lady, the type who always has boiled sweeties in her pockets for good boys and girls. In reality, Edie is...well, a sweet old lady with boiled sweeties for good boys and girls, but also an intriguing ability to shapeshift into inanimate objects (not always voluntarily, granted), and a shady youth.

It may not be advisable to press her on her past; she has long since moved on, and particularly impertinent prying will likely result in an introduction to the business end of her cane.
