Backstory notes:
Koi wasn't actually born in Plague, but she still liked to dress up in its theme. Its her way of representing the mysterious dragon that saved her when she wandered over the borders.

She was returned to her parents and when she got older wandered off to try and find her saviour. She got lost and somehow ended up in the Isles instead of the Wasteland.
Has notoriously bad sense of direction tbh, think Zoro?
She's def not allowed to head out on her own, she'd never find her way back lmao.
