Biography
Mire scavenger, 'shipwreck' delver.
Lagg is a mire scavenger in a partly toxic and salty marsh submerged city She's based on a bat OC gijinka and post apocalyptic scavenger of mine. Her bright markings are the result of bioluminescent and disinfecting moss which grows on certain mutated flower species to benefit from pollination.
This moss is very dim in the dark so it doesn't interfere much with her advanced night vision. Her hearing is sharper than most, but she cannot use echolocation
She makes a pasty cream from the plant. It is then used to cleanse her hands and feet, to assess visibility/ the location of her extremities and to mark the way in dark ruins. At any time, she carries a watertight container of it (+ a small container of dried moss) with her. and uses facial markings to confuse creatures in the dark.
