Adorned in armor and wielding an ornate steel longsword, this muscular spiral would appear much more intimidating were it not for the gamely, jovial smile near-permanently plastered on her face. A skilled warrior and much-loved protector of the floating isles, Persephone fights primarily out of a shockingly innocent love of bloodsport.

Born into Cassiopeia's favor by virtue of her father's status in the clan, Persephone grew up into a welcoming community, sheltered from many of society's ills. She's well aware of the threats dragonkind faces from outside--her mother's condition made that clear from a young age--but has trouble comprehending why a member of her own species would view herself or any of her clan with malice.

While Persephone's naivete may be somewhat at odds with her chosen role as a fighter, it also adds to her shining reputation among the denizens of the Archipelago. Hatchlings regard her with awe as a knight directly out of their fairy tales, while even the most pacifistic adults find it hard to view her with disdain the same way they might view Avery.
