► HISTORY Quilo Noel had been unexpected. Not once before had someone seen something like this; a full-blooded ice dragon being born to that of shadow parents. Sure, there have been cases of hybrids (such as his plague sisters), but nothing.. nothing quite like him. From the day he opened his eyes, his parents fretted. Would he see? Would he even live? Now, those questions seemed silly. He had long said goodbye- not with any hard feelings, mind you, he had just wanted to explore- and found his new home within the safety of the Kingdom. Quilo Noel found them all on his own and proved himself to be a capable dragon like no other. Here, he lives and thrives and works to make the Kingdom an even better ( |

► CHARACTER If you were to look for the very definition of "bookwyrm", there's no doubt that a visage of Quilo would be nearby. The ice primal spends his free days reading stories of all kinds- fiction, nonfiction, historical, factual, etc. Those of fiction capture his wild (though unspoken) imagination, and the nonfiction ensnares his need to learn and gain knowledge; what's not to enjoy? Along with his fascination for books, he carries the stereotypical "quiet" trait. It's almost difficult to get him to talk on anything but business within the kingdom- almost. Get him started on something he's read before, and you've started an avalanche. Although mostly friendly, it's not difficult to get on his nerves. Watch for when the rooms grow colder and frost starts freezing on your scales and skin to know when to still your tongue- he has trouble controlling the ice despite his control on his "outward temper". In the end, however, the extended cold mellows out any frustrations as he then goes to search for a spare coat. Quilo finds himself very susceptible to it. |

Aileth | Sister While Aileth is the calmer of the two twins, she is no-less of a trickster than Kismet. She causes just as much trouble and it's up to poor Quilo to get them both out of their messes; despite this, the two get along well with very little true quarrel. |

Kismet | Sister Kismet is, by the definition, a mischievous dragon. She's constantly pulling pranks and dragging both of her siblings into it, whether they like it (Ail) or not (Quil). Thankfully, Quilo isn't bugged by it by the end of the day. It always works out, and they all stay safe and mostly sane. |

Bianca | Familiar Bianca is pretty much Quilo's best friend and seeing-eye-goblin. The two are rarely ever seen apart, with the main exception being when the twins drag Quilo into their schemes. A common sight is to see Bianca working as a "scarf" for him. |

"Ma...Ma-Ma?"
The newest hatchling in The Veiled Haven had just been born!! And just as the mother was celebrating that her third and final child had hatched from her clutch...the excitement in her eyes quickly turned to worry.
"Oh, dear...look at his eyes, Remus." Spoke Reagan, the mother of this newborn child in the clan. However...his father was speechless.
"Can he...Can he see?"
Reagan spoke once again, watching the little thing stumble around with the rest of the hatchlings. He didn't seem to be in pain, but...his eyes were a light blue, and everywhere he went a slight trail of snowflakes from those same eyes seemed to follow him around. The worried mother was getting quite irritated at the lack of response from her mate, who's eyes were still fixated on the newborn.
"Remus! Answe--"
...Tears began to well up in the father's eyes as he finally pryed them off of his child and back onto his mate.
"...He's perfect."
