Biography

BEASTCLAN AMBASSADOR

Dulsosaal

A student of anthropology and sociology, Dulsosaal spent most of his youth traveling and interacting with anything that wasn't a dragon. He has an avid interest in the creatures of Sornieth, but very little for his own kind.

He met Lye during the travels of her early days, and her openness towards beastmen and their ilk surprised him. He followed her back to the plague lands, and was surprised to find a large hoard of beastmen and sundry other creatures who traveled along the dragons she had gathered there. Though there was no open conflict between the groups, their peace with each other was uneasy.

Dulsosaal stepped in to negotiate between the groups, spending the time not mediating with the beastmen. When strangers approached or any dragon of the clan broke a part of the pack he helped forge between the groups, he was their first line of defense.

When the iilah clan family and the Blood Brood began the war that consumed the dragons, he stayed with the beastmen apart from the conflict. He kept their herds of qirig, stagshead and other creatures safe, while also avenging the creatures of their flocks that were hurt in the conflict. He negotiated with Yessel when she requested birds as messengers for the war effort, but did not enter into the conflict until approached by Lye.

She had gathered an army of scattered dragons behind her, and her history of tolerance with the varied creatures of Sornieth motivated Dulsosaal to encourage the beastment to join in her war effort.

He joined the front lines during the final charge against the Brood, and after the war settled back into his role as mediator between Lye's new clan and the beastmen. Occasionally he is called upon to negotiate for other clans, but he prefers to spend as little time around dragons as possible.
