出类拔萃的外交家，非常擅长处理龙之间的关系问题。精明又干练的安纳托虽然在科研方面没有非常突出的能力，却凭借高超的情商和灵巧的社交手腕制衡了暗流涌动的科学省和联合政府，因此成为了科学省最高长官

出身于崇尚自然的翡翠林的安纳托并不像大部分科学省成员那样喜欢用机械改造身体，只是因为在一次叛军恐袭中失去了右眼，不得不装上了机械义眼。义眼是安纳托自己制作的，谁也不知道不擅长科研的安纳托是怎样制造了这只眼睛，但既然义眼通过了科学省和联合政府的鉴定，就没用龙再怀疑过那只眼睛

有一个弟弟和一个妹妹，弟弟在科学省跟随安纳托工作，妹妹在联合政府远离政治中心的一个小医院任职。前妻Jormungandr与安纳托和平离婚后，安纳托再未曾有过配偶，直到失踪都是一龙独居

有传言说安纳托使用了很多卑劣手段才加入科学省并得到统括官的职务，不然一个出身小村庄，不擅长科研的非机械神信徒，怎么会脱胎换骨一样获准成为科学省成员并一跃成为最高长官？这些流言没多久就在安纳托的手腕之下消失得无声无息了

要不是机械神一直对安纳托怀有警惕心，拒绝他以任何方式接触中央研究所的核心，安纳托就可以成为外神撕裂世界直接入侵的引线
