As cunning as Nightscale is, he has quite a few enemies. But, Nightscale never imagined he would run into his own kind, let alone become enemies with them. Perhaps out of all his tactics, he made a small mistake in this one.

When he had heard of a stranger passing through his territory, Nightscale felt a shrill. He'd finally be able to get yet another meal this month, which was lucky for him. He assumed it would be quick, just a few silent movements and the kill would be his. But to his dismay, the stranger turned out to be another vampire, in which he despised this turn of events, one reason of which, is because it made him look incompetent, not being able to figure this out before he had leapt at what he thought to be his prey.

"You idiot! What type of vampire can't smell their own kind!" Cried Bloodseeker from underneath Nightscale, only moments after he had leaped from his hiding spot. "Get off me before I claw your eyes out!" and with that, Nightscale begrudgingly removed himself from her, fiddling with his scarf angrily. He left the female alone, who he knew would be an enemy from now on. Or so he thought.
