Biography
Name: ???
Nickname(s): Draugr
Personality: Creepy | Eccentric | Oddly comical
Clan Role: None
Info:
No one's too sure where this strange shadow gaoler came from or what his real name is. Upon seeing him at the edge of their clan's territory for the first time, a group of hatchlings promptly rushed back to their parents exclaiming that there was a giant zombie monster outside. Their belief that he was undead largely stemmed from the abnormal way he was moving with his body fluidly following behind wherever his head went, almost as if he had no bones. He isn't known to speak - or make any sort of sound whatsoever, for that matter - and rarely blinks, instead offering everyone he meets a silent, wide eyed stare. It has been reported that thick, tarlike shadows similar to the Shadowbinder's occasionally drip from the gaoler's jaws and the few times he's been sighted opening his mouth revealed it to be full of the gunk. This, coupled with the way he gets around, has led to the popular - albeit unproven - belief among rural clans that he's really just an excessive amount of shadow element dressed in a dragon pelt.
Draugr is known to be terrifyingly adept at using the shadow element, to the point that he can dispatch opponents with no indication that he had done anything himself; the element seemingly has a mind of its own in his presence. It's believed he could cull an entire clan in minutes if he really wanted to; though fortunately, he doesn't seem to be interested in doing much more than bumbling around the countryside. Regardless of his intentions, many clans' scouts are always on the lookout for him and it's not uncommon for a wave of panic to ripple through nearby lairs in any area he's sighted in.
