  • Years ago, Panorin was rendered hopeless when a mystery illness gripped her body. None could seem to find a way to cure her, only succeeding in suppressing her symptoms for a while and granting her one short lived reprieve after another. It didn't take long for her to make the choice to leave her healer's care in favor of dying on her own terms than living the rest of her life in a bed. After collapsing in a field near a small merchant's town, her body consumed by fever and fatigue, she was found by a fellow Wildclaw named Adina. They hauled her back to their clinic and gave her treatment, keeping her on bedrest for few days while they figured out what was wrong with her. She was skeptical of their confidence in curing her, many had tried before them and she didn't think them special, but she was surprised when Adina produced a tonic that quickly took care of her failing health, leaving her sickness free for the first time in a long, long three year stretch. Panorin was taken aback by the kindness Adina showed her and by the way the skydancer brushed off their feat of treating what Panorin believed to be an incurable sickness. On the other hand, she was somewhat offended when Adina had scoffed at her hypothesis that she'd been cursed with illness from someone slighted in her business dealings, giving a comment that she remembers like yesterday and one that gave her a crystal clear view of who Adina was. ("As if. I do not deal with curses and spiritual hooplah.")
  • It is unspoken between them, but even if Adina doesn't consider them friends, Panorin considers them her friend. Every so often she will visit them and converse over recent events, even if Adina complains that they are busy and don't have the time to chat. She has developed a sort of loyalty to them and often uses the skills granted to her through her profession to seek out those who refuse to pay Adina for their treatment or medicinal supplies given ahead of payment out of good faith. She absolutely hates that they are taken for granted and it annoys her to no end that Adina often outright denies Panorin's help in their work.
  • Panorin doesn't have very strong opinions about the people she works for or the people she seeks payment from, she tries to keep her ideals away from her tasks because, at the end of the day, a debit is a debit, and debits must be payed. On occasion her sympathy does get through her feigned stoicism when a person's situation is pitiable enough, but it doesn't stop her from doing her job.
  • When she isn't working or doing (unasked for) favors for Adina, she doesn't really know what to do with herself. She never seems to disengage fully from work mode and is always somewhat stiff in her interactions when off duty. She doesn't really have a social life outside her business circle and no one outside it seems keen on befriending a bounty hunter. Not that she's trying very hard to make friends.
